Waggytail Rescue's Bedtime Stories For People With Dogs




While most people who bring pets into their homes have good intentions, good intentions are too often not enough.
Millions of pets are discarded or surrendered to shelters each year in the U.S. the number euthanized also runs into the millions. Many of these lives would be spared if people simply were informed The purpose of this book is to provide key information that will help dog owners find lifelong happiness with their canine family members, while entertaining with select segments from talented writers and celebrities. Proceeds will benefit Waggytail Rescue, a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit.



Waggytail Rescue's Bedtime Stories for People With Dogs is a collection designed to entertain, enlighten and inform. The book consists of contributions from talented writers and animal loving celebrities, intermixed with essential educational bits from veterinarians, behaviorists, shelter personnel, and other animal experts.


The book will provide insight on the following common misconceptions and informational gaps that often result in dysfunctional parent and pooch relationships.

- How to know if your dog is sick
- Caring for your aging pet (including financial planning)
- Caring for special needs dogs



The Talented writers, artists, and celebrities will provide entertainment and eye candy. Canine themed essays, poems, stories, letters, recipes, photos, sketches will be intermittent with informative bits to keep reading fun and have readers turning pages eagerly for more.
